摘要
[目的]为筛选防治小麦赤霉病药剂,进行黑龙江麦区田间防效试验。[方法]人工喷雾接种方法进行12种药剂的保护性和治疗性试验,计算病穗率、病情指数及防效。[结果]单剂整体防效好,25%氰烯菌酯sc防效达90%以上,兼具保护和治疗作用;混剂40%氟环·多菌灵SC保护作用好,30%多·酮WP治疗作用较好;无公害药剂壳聚糖保护作用较好。[结论]45%咪鲜胺ME、430g/L戊唑醇As、250 g/L嘧菌酯SC及混剂可与传统药剂交替使用,减缓病原菌产生抗药性。
[Aims] In order to screen out the effective control chemicals against Fusarium gramine arum, the test was carried out in the field of Heilongjiang province. [Methods] The protectant and therapeutic were tested by using artificial spray inoculation method on 12 kinds agricultural chemicals, the disease levels, disease rate, disease index and control effect were surveyed, recorded and calculated. [Results] The results showed that the control effects of single chemical were all better, the control effect of new medicament 25% JS399-19 was more than 90%, and it has protection and treatment effects; epoxiconazole-carbendazim 40% SC (mixture chemicals) and chitosan (pollution-free potions) had good protection effect, polyketones 30% WP had better treatment effect [Conclusions] Prochloraz 45% ME, tebuconazole 430 g/L AS, azoxystrobin 250 g/L SC and mixed chemicals can be used interchangeably with traditional agrochemicals; it can reduce drugs resistance of pathogenic occurrence.
