摘要
针对新窑选煤厂原煤水分高,干法筛分时筛孔易堵塞的问题,将原煤干法筛分工艺改成湿法筛分工艺。筛分工艺改造后,原煤筛分效率平均提高35.20个百分点,吨原煤介耗量下降0.85 kg;生产系统的连续性和稳定性得到改善,带来了较好的经济效益。
To solve the problem caused by washing raw coal with high content of moisture and clogging in dry screening,wet screening process is modified into dry screening process. The result shows that screening efficiency is increased by 35. 20 percent on average,and that medium consumption is lowered by0. 85 kg,which improves continuity and stability of separation system as well as brings remarkable economic benefit.
