对企业风险要素研究、企业风险管理理论的国内外研究现状加以总结,在此基础上,重点阐述企业风险传导的国内外研究现状,包括金融风险传导研究、供应链网络风险传导研究、企业风险传导的机理研究、具体企业具体业务风险传导的研究、风险能量的传导模型研究几个方面。对国内外学者的主要观点、研究方法进行归纳概括,并对其已取得的研究成果和存在的局限性加以评析,希望对有关企业风险传导机制及评价问题的深入研究起到借鉴意义。

The paper firstly summarizes the research status on risk factors and enterprise risk management theory, based on this, emphasizes on the research status about enterprise risk conduction, including financial risk conduction, network of supply chain risk conduction, the mechanism of enterprise risk conduction, specific business risk of specific enterprise conduction, risk energy conduction model etc. The paper generalizes the main viewpoints and the research methods of scholars and evaluates their achievements and disadvantages in order to make reference value to the in-depth study on the problem of enterprise risk conduction and evaluation.
