rTMS预刺激结合FES对脑梗死患者偏瘫上肢功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)预刺激结合功能性电刺激(FES)对脑梗死患者偏瘫上肢功能的影响。方法:脑梗死患者32例分为3组,均接受常规康复训练,A组加用rTMS刺激患侧大脑运动皮质区(M1区),后行患侧上肢FES治疗;B组加用FES治疗,不进行rTMS预刺激。治疗前后评定患侧上肢Fugl-Meyer评分(FMAUE)和改良Barthel指数(MBI)。结果:3组治疗2及4周时,FMA-UE及MBI评分均较治疗前呈逐渐提高趋势(P<0.01);且A组治疗2及4周时FMA-UE及MBI评分更高于B、C组(P<0.01),B组更高于C组(P<0.01)。结论:FES能够促进脑梗死后偏瘫上肢运动功能的恢复,通过高频rTMS预刺激能进一步增强FES的疗效。
