摘要
分析了叶轮的结构和成型工艺,注射模采取了合理的型腔布局、浇注系统及叶槽脱模方式,对滑块结构的设计进行了论述。经实际生产验证,模具结构合理,工作可靠,成型的塑件质量达到了设计要求。
The structure and forming process of an electric vacuum cleaner impeller were analyzed. The cavity layout, feeding system of the injection mould and the way of demoulding from the impeller groove were reasonable designed; and the design of slide structure was also discussed.
