摘要
对筒灯玻璃反射罩模具的原抽芯结构的工作过程进行了分析,针对其在实际生产中存在的缺点,对模具的抽芯结构进行改进,提高了玻璃反射罩的成型质量和模具使用寿命。
The working process of the original core-pulling structure in a mould for a downlight glass reflector was analyzed. The core-pulling structure of the mould was improved in view of the advantages and disadvantages in the practical production, by which the forming quality of the glass reflector was improved and the service life of the mould was prolonged.
