基于Si4463的电磁调速采煤机总线型遥控器的研究与实现

摘要 该文以电磁调速采煤机为研究对象,研制了以STM8L101F3P6和Si4463为核心的超低功耗总线型采煤机遥控系统,从硬件设计和软件设计2方面阐述了系统组成和原理,在功能上通过遥控器液晶显示采煤机运行参数,从而实现闭环控制。另外,遥控接收器采用硬件RS485总线和软件Modbus协议,增强了其通用性和使用性,具有广阔的工程应用前景。 This paper by the electromagnetic speed coupling coal winning machine as the research object,and has been developed the ultra-low power consumption main hne remote control system of shearer with a core of STM8L101F3P6 and Si4463,and expounds the system composition and principle from two aspects of hardware design and software design,displaying the operation parameters of shearer by the remote control LCD in function,so as to realize closed loop control. In addition,the remote control receiver uses RS485 main line and software Modbus proto- col,enhancing the universality and practicability,and bringing it about a broad prospect of engineering application.
