我国家族企业内部传承影响因素的实证分析

Empirical Study on Influencing Factors of Family Business Internal Succession in China

家族企业在改革开放以后重新崛起成为我国经济不容忽视的部分,当前这些企业正面临大规模的传承交接。本文运用多元统计分析方法构建结构方程模型对家族企业内部传承的主要影响因素进行实证研究,并为内部顺利传承提供建议。

Family business has emerged as a vital part of Chinese economy since reform and opening-up, these enterprises faces large-scale succession nowadays. In order to empirically research the influencing factors of family business internal succession, a structure equation model based on multivariate statistical analysis has been developed. Then, some useful advices has been given for smooth succession.
