Based on the importance of the political work in enterprise and in terms of the practical situation of CGGC N-J Project Management in Pakistan, the general pattern and practice of political work in overseas en- terprise and innovative measures which was taken by N-J Project Management have been summarized, which can be a reference for other Chinese overseas enterprise.
