分光光度法测定磷酸铁中的微量铝

Determination of Trace Amount of Aluminium in Ironic Phosphate by Spectrophotometry

摘要 采用分光光度法测定磷酸铁中微量铝。先通过强碱分离掉绝大部分铁后,再采用铬天青S作显色剂,用抗坏血酸掩蔽微量的铁,在乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中测定磷酸铁中微量的铝。该方法简便易行,准确度高,回收率在90.1%~107.5%之间,相对标准偏差小于6.8%。 After separating most iron by high levels of sodium hydrate,using chromeazurol S as chro-mogenic reagent and using ascorbic acid to mask light ironic,in the acetic acid -sodium acetate buffer solu-tion,the trace amout of aluminium content in ironic phosphate was determined.This method was simple, with high accuracy.The labeled recovery was between 90.1% ~107.5%,The RSD was less than 6.8% .
