摘要
目的了解细菌性肠炎的病原菌分布及其药敏性,为该疾病的诊治和控制医院感染提供参考依据。方法选择2011年1月-2013年12月收治的细菌性肠炎患者127例,所有病例均采集粪便标本,鉴定标本中的病原菌种类,并对主要病原菌进行药敏试验,采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果 127例细菌性肠炎患者送检的标本中检出183株病原菌,以革兰阴性菌为主,共141株占77.05%;由33株大肠埃希菌中检测出产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)菌株8株,占24.24%;弗氏志贺菌、大肠埃希菌、沙门菌属对美罗培南、亚胺培南的敏感率均为100.00%;粪肠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌对利奈唑胺、万古霉素的敏感率均为100.00%。结论通过监测病原菌的分布、变化及其药敏特点,可确立合理的抗菌药物应用方案,有利于细菌性肠炎的治疗。
OBJECTIVE To understand pathogen distribution and drug susceptibility of patients with bacterial enteritis so as to provide reference for diagnosis and treatment of the disease and control of hospital infections.METHODS Totally 127 cases of patients with bacterial enteritis from Jan.2011 to Dec.2013 were chosen.Stool specimens of all cases were collected,types of specimens were identified,and drug susceptibilities of the main pathogenic bacteria were tested.All data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0software.RESULTS Altogether 183 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected from the specimens of 127 patients with bacterial enteritis.Gram-negative bacteria dominated the majority with 141 strains,accounting for 77.05%.Totally 8ESBLs-producing strains were tested from 33 strains of E.coli,accounting for 24.24%.Susceptibility rates of major gram-negative bacteria,Shigella flexneri,E.coli and Salmonella,to meropenem and imipenem were all 100%.Susceptibility rates of major gram-positive bacteria,Enterococcus faecalis and Staphylococcus aureus,to linezolid and vancomycin were both 100%.CONCLUSIONBy monitoring the distribution changes and drug susceptibility characteristics of pathogens,rational antimicrobial application solutions can be established,and it is good for the treatment of bacterial enteritis.
