Economic globalization has change d the world＇s manufacturing industries dramatically. It has created an unprecedented huge market for the automotive industry, and also brought unprecedented competition. This paper analyzes how the four countries of ASEAN have coped with globalization, and what kind of development they have achieved, and then summed up the lessons of reference.
