CT轴扫评价长针深刺中脘穴安全措施

Evaluaeion of safety related to puncturing of Zhongwan Xue with elongated needle in the process of CT scan

目的 应用CT轴扫影像 ,实体观察临床针灸深刺中脘穴时针体对机体相关组织的干扰实况 ,从而综合分析评价长针应用的安全因素。方法 选择长针深刺中脘穴治疗的病例 ,进针完成后不出针实时做CT轴扫 ,观察研究针体所穿经的组织器官及其相应状态 ,并分析产生影响安全的因素。结果 本组 3 5例 ,针刺深度 70～ 14 0mm ,均可见有针体穿过腹部器官情况存在 ,其中以胃体、横结肠为多见。结论 依据一定的原则 ,如缓慢进针、小幅捻转、忌提插等原则 。

Objective To investigate the measure of avoiding acupuncturing blindly when elongated needle was used on such acupoint as zhongwan xue and evaluates the reliability of the measures.Methods The patients were examined with CT scan,after being punctured with elongated needle in zhongwan xue.The related area and the contents below it were displayed clearly on the cross section images of CT scan.Results 35 patients received the treatment under the observation of CT scan. The average depth of puncturing was between 70～140 mm.In all cases it could be observed that various abdominal organs were penetrated.The stomach and transverse colon were the most common organs which were penetrated.Conclusion Such principles as twirling the needle in a small range,puncturing slowly,and not retaining the needle should be recommended.Moreover,keeping an even breathing,being fasting and physical examination of the abdomen also serve as the important procedures to further ensure safety in the process of puncturing treatment.
