Development of School Bus Seat Used Weft Knitted Velvet Fabric with Flame Resistance and Sunlight-resistant Properties

在介绍两项校车安全标准体系和新版国标中对校车内饰面料标准要求的基础上,在迈耶·西MCPE2.4圆纬机上开发了一款新型高阻燃耐日晒纬编天鹅绒面料。详细阐述原料选择、设备参数、组织结构等编织工艺,以及染色处理、剪毛、定形等后整理工艺及注意事项。同时对该产品的燃烧性能和耐光色牢度进行测试,结果表明:该纬编天鹅绒产品具有优异的阻燃性能和耐日晒性能,手感细腻柔软,符合校车技术标准要求。

On the basis of introducing the school bus interior fabric requirements in two school bus safety standards and new national standard, the paper develops a new kind of weft knitted velvet fabric with high flame resistance and sunlight-resistant properties on Mayer ＆ Cie MCPE2.4 circular knitting machine. It introduces in detail the knitting technology, including the raw-material selection, equipment parameters, pattern design, as well as the dyeing and finishing process, shearing, setting and so on. In addition, the flame resistance and color fastness to light of the new products are tested. The results show that the knitted fabric made in this paper has excellent flame resistance and sunlight-resistant properties, and presents smooth and soft hand, which can meet the technical re- quirements of the new school bus national standard.
