摘要
对现阶段各类全自动电脑手套机叉刀控制装置的结构进行分析,发现该控制装置品种多样,并且为满足不同种类、不同规格的手套编织,需要更换不同尺码的同类零件,这有可能因同类零件不同尺码搞错而造成编织手套品种不符合要求而报废,给企业生产造成极大损失。针对这类问题,本文设计了一套结构简单,不必更换零件就可以适用不同机型、不同规格、不同尺码手套机的叉刀控制装置。详细分析控制装置的工作原理和技术要点,指出该新型控制技术的应用,可以有效降低生产成本、方便用户使用。
According to analyzing the fork control device structures of present different full-automatic computer- ized glove machines, it is found that there are a lots of different control devices, the right size parts selection is sometimes difficult which may lead to bad quality of products. In view of theses problems, the paper designs a new kind of fork control device with simple structure, which is suitable for various gauge and size of full-automatic computerized glove machine without replacing the parts when to knit different types and sizes of gloves. It introduces in detail the working principle and technical characteristics of that. The results show that the application of the new fork control device can reduce the production cost effectively and provide convenience for users.
