摘要
以一台2000 m3液氨球罐为例,讨论在Workbench中进行整体分析的建模策略,以及地震载荷和风载荷加载的实现方法等问题。在保证模型重点分析区域计算精度的前提下,大幅度地降低模型运算量,使球罐工程化设计的快速优化得以实现。
Taking the example of the 2000 m3 liquid ammonia spherical tank, this paper discusses the modeling strategy of global analysis in Workbench, especially for cases including the realization of earthquake load and wind load. On the premise that the model calculation precision in the significant analytical region is guaranteed,the model computation is reduced greatly, so the fast optimization of engineering design on spherical tank can be realized.
