摘要
精丙烯塔中间泵发生泵体及管道振动严重超标现象的原因是多方面的,包括基础与管线施工质量问题、管道设计不符合规范要求、转子不平衡、转子与壳体的同心度不够、叶轮口环间隙过小、介质流量不在最佳工作区等。针对存在的问题进行了相应的处理,如重新调整泵底座及管道、使管道法兰满足无应力安装要求、清理管道及过滤器内异物、重新做转子动平衡等,解决了泵体及管道振动超标的问题,满足了生产要求。
The reasons for fine propylene tower intermediate pump to have severely excessive vibration in the pump and pipelines are many aspects, including base and pipeline construction quality issue, pipeline design unsatisfied the requirement, the imbalance of the rotor, insufficient concentricity between rotor and shell, narrow gap between impeller mouth rings, medium flow deviating from optimal working range, etc.. The corresponding measures are carried out to target these problems, including the readjustment of pump base and pipelines, making pipe flange meet the stress-free installation requirement, cleaning pipeline and foreign body in filter, dynamic rebalancing of rotors, etc.. These measures solve the problem of the excessive vibration issues in the pump and pipelines and satisfies the production needs.
