青海电网西宁—日月山地区电磁环网解环条件研究

摘要 青海电网西宁—日月山地区短路电流超标问题日益严重,为有效降低电网短路电流,迫切需要该地区电磁环网解环运行。按照规划网架,解环运行海西及日月山地区电网存在宁月同杆N-2故障下电压失稳风险。为确保电网安全运行,对海西及日月山地区可接带负荷能力进行分析,并研究电磁环网解环条件。 The power grid in the Ri-yue Mountain region in Qinghai experienced the increasing serious problem of the short circuit current higher than the standard. In order to effectively reduce the short circuit current of the power grid, the electromagnetic loop of the power grid is urgently need unlinked. With the planned power grid architecture, the unlinking operation of the power grid in the western Qinghai and in the Ri-yue Mountain region will be exposed to the risk that the voltage loses stability in the case of the N - 2 fault on the same pole of the power transmission line from Xining to Ri-yue Mountain substation. This paper analyzes the load carrying capacity of the power grids in the western Qinghai and the Ri-yue Mountain regions, and a research on the condition for unlinking the electromagnetic loop of the power grid is also given to ensure the stable operation of the power grid.
