摘要
哈密南—郑州±800 k V特高压直流输电线路使用六分裂1 000 mm2导线,接续管若按常规方法压接,压接时间长,使用人工多,压接管弯曲校正难,效果不理想。为保证导线压接工艺,首创"三点一线"压接技术,在工程中得到成功应用,确保了接续管压接质量,节约了成本,同时该技术获得国家实用新型专利。
The ± 800 kV Southern Hami - Zhengzhou power transmission line uses six bundle conductor. The traditional pressure welding of the splicing sleeve need long time and much manual work and was subject to difficulty to correct the winding of the splicing sleeve and unsatisfactory quality. A new "Three points and one line" pressure welding technique was invented and successfully applied in the project. And the application of the new technology not only given an guarantee for the pressure welding quality, but also reduced cost.
