8种丁香属植物土壤磷吸收能力比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 全磷含量的测定采用目前常见的硫酸-高氯酸酸溶-钼锑抗显色法,研究了小叶丁香(Ⅰ)、紫叶重瓣(Ⅱ)、北京丁香(Ⅲ)、暴马丁香(Ⅳ)、白丁香(Ⅴ)、红丁香(Ⅵ)、蓝丁香(Ⅶ)以及紫丁香(Ⅷ)共8种丁香属植物对不同土壤环境下的磷的吸收情况,所选择的采集污染区和对照区分别为汽轮机厂区和哈尔滨市园林研究所。。研究结果表明:在相对清洁的土壤环境下,几种丁香植物的土壤磷含量排序为W(P)Ⅳ(1.88)>W(P)Ⅷ(1.77)>W(P)Ⅱ(1.606)>W(P)Ⅰ(1.54)>W(P)Ⅲ(1.537)>W(P)Ⅶ(1.52)>W(P)Ⅴ(1.487)>W(P)Ⅵ(1.407);在污染区汽轮机厂区内的土壤环境下,几种丁香植物的土壤磷含量排序为W(P)Ⅳ(1.293)>W(P)Ⅷ(1.207)>W(P)Ⅰ(1.153)>W(P)Ⅱ(1.103)>W(P)Ⅲ(1.093)>W(P)Ⅵ(1.00)>W(P)Ⅴ(0.967)>W(P)Ⅶ(0.87)。由此结果可得丁香植物在相对清洁的土壤环境对磷的吸收较好,在八种所选用的丁香属植物中,红丁香对磷素吸收较好,其次是蓝丁香、白丁香、北京丁香和紫叶重瓣以及小叶丁香,紫丁香和暴马丁香相对吸收较低。 Perchlorate sulfuric acid soluble molybdenum antimony colorimetric method is widely applied to determine the content of total phosphorus. To explore eight Syringe plants: Syringa microphylla (I) syringa giraldii(Ⅱ) Syringa pekinensis (III) Syringa reticulate (IV) Syringa oblatavar (V) Syringa villosa (VI) Syringa meyeri (VII) and Syringa oblate (VIII), their absorption of phosphorus in different soil conditions, the collective pollution area and the contrast area are Steam Turbine Factory and the Harbin Institute of the Garden respectively. The results showed that in the relative clean soil, the content of phosphorus of the eight syringe plant were W(P)IV(1.88)〉 W(P)m(1.77)〉 W(P)H(1.606)〉 W(P) 1 ( I.54)〉 W(P)m( l.537)2〉 W(P)v^l(1.52)〉 W(P)v(1.487) 〉 W(P)vt( 1.407): in the pollution areaSteam Turbine Factory, the content of the soil phosphorus of them were W(P)IV(I.293)〉W(P)VⅢ(1.207)〉W(P),(1.153)〉W(P)(1.103)〉W(P)m(1.093)〉 W(P)u(1.00) 〉 W(P)v(0+967)〉 W(P)VⅢ(0.87). Comparing the two data, we conclude that the syringe plants can absorb the soil phosphorus better in the relative clean soil. Among the eight syringe plants we selected, Syringa villosa have better absorption of phosphorus, and then the Syringa meyeri, Syringa oblatavar, Syringa pekinensis, syringa giraldii and Syringa microphylla, syringa reticulate and Syringa oblate absorbed the lowest phosphorus relatively.
