摘要
通过自制丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)与乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)双组份接枝马来酸酐的新型相容剂(ABS/EMA-g-MAH),并与国内外相容剂马来酸酐接枝丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS-g-MAH)、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)进行比较,研究了相容剂种类、相容剂含量及挤出机螺杆转速对尼龙/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(PA/ABS)合金力学性能的影响。研究表明,ABS/EMA-g-MAH为PA/ABS合金的最佳相容剂;在添加量为12%时ABS/EMA--g-MAH表现出最佳的增容增韧效果;降低挤出机螺杆转速可使PA6/ABS合金的缺口冲击强度提高。
A new compatibilizer poly (ABS/EMA-g-MAH) which grafted MAH with two-component was prepared and the paper compares it with other compatibilizer such as ABS-g-MAH and SMA. The influence of the compatibilizer species, content of compatibilizer and screw speed of extruder on the mechanical properties of PA6/ABS alloy were investigated.The experiment result indicated that ABS/EMA-g-MAH was the most effective compatibilizer for PA6/ABS alloy and the notched impact strength of the alloy with 12 % ABS/EMA-g-MAH was the highest. The notched impact strength of PA6/ABS alloy would be increased when the screw speed of extruder reduced.
