摘要
针对某制药公司中药提取生产废水中有机物和氨氮浓度高,水质、水量变化大,生化性能好等特点,采用絮凝沉淀+预酸化调节+厌氧+好氧+BAF组合工艺处理废水,厌氧采用UASB脉冲布水,好氧采用接触氧化。处理规模为2500 m3/d。结果表明:该工艺稳定性强,处理效果好,出水达到《GB 21906-2008中药类制药工业水污染物排放标准》表二新建企业建企业水污染物排放标准。
The wastewater from medical food preparation production in Guangdong province was very characteristic of complicate components, high concentrations of organic matter, high chromaticity, and large variation in flow and quality, a combined process of deslagging, neutralize, adjusting the quality and quantity, UASB, bio-contact oxidation, biological aerated filter and disinfection was designed, the treatment capacity was 2500 m3/d. The results showed that the treatment system is stable and high efficiency, and the main effluent quality index reached the discharge standard of water pollutants for pharmaceutical industry Chinese traditional medicine category (GB 21906-2008) (Table 2 new facility water pollutant emission requirements).
