管壳式换热器壳侧不同折流板形式下流体流动与传热数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 利用Ansys Fluent软件对小型管壳式换热器壳侧流体流动和传热进行了数值模拟,考察了单弓形、双弓形和圆环—圆盘三种形式的折流板在不同流量下的流场、温度场和压力场。分析了不同折流板形式在不同流量下对压力降和传热系数的影响:流量越大,压降和换热系数越大;在相同的流量下,单弓形折流板的压降最大,换热系数最小,另外两种折流板在压降和换热系数上没有明显的区别。而且单弓形折流板的压降和换热系数数值模拟结果与实验吻合较好,从而也证实了数值方法的可靠性。 The numerical simulation on the shell-side fluid flow and heat transfer of smaller shell and tube heat exchanger was performed on Ansys Fluent software. And the temperature field, flow distribution and pressure field on the shell-side fluid for single segmental baffle, double segmental baffle and disc and doughnut baffle was obtained. The effect of the baffle plate on the heat transfer and pressure drop of shell-side was investigated under different volumetric flow. The pressure drop is maximum and the heat transfer coefficient is minimum for single segemental baffle, the other two baffle plates did not appear to be much different on pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient. Furthermore, the good agreement between the numerical results and the experimental result confirmed the validity of the numerical method,
