Research and Application of Electrochemical Protection Technology in the Chemical Pipeline Corrosion Protection

化工管道在油气输送过程中扮演着重要的角色,但是油气管道的腐蚀一直是一个无法避免的问题。文章首先论述了腐蚀给国民经济带来的影响,从材料腐蚀产生的原因入手,较详细地分析了材料的腐蚀机理,接着以电化学防护技术的基本原理与应用方法为理论基础,列举了几种腐蚀防护的改进措施,为电化学防护技术在油气管道防腐提供了新方法。

Chemical pipelines play an important role in oil and gas transportation, however, corrosion of oil and gas pipeline is an inevitable problem. The article first discusses the corrosion to the impact of the national economy, from the causes of material corrosion, analyzed the corrosion mechanism of the material in detail, and then to the basic principle and application of electrochemical protection technology method as the theoretical basis, enumerated several kinds of corrosion protection measures, provides a new method for the electrochemical protection technology in oil and gas pipeline corrosion protection.
