摘要
本实验以乙醇—水为溶剂提取茶叶中的多酚类物质,滤液用5%的Na Cl盐析,然后对比离子沉淀法、超临界CO2萃取法、盐析法等多种提取方法,并探讨了茶多酚的分离方法。
The experiment with alcohol-water as the solvent extraction of tea polyphenols, salting out with NaC1 5 % filtrate, then compare the ion precipitation method, extraction method of many kinds ofsupercritical CO., extraction, salting out method, and discusses the method of separation of tea polvphenols.
