摘要
根据国家环保要求《硫酸工业污染物排放标准》(GB 26132-2010),从2013年10月开始硫酸装置尾气SO2排放标准由原860 mg/Nm3提高到400 mg/Nm3,为此,某公司采用撞击流气液反应器作为硫酸尾气吸收装置,通过控制吸收量来实现尾气SO2达标排放,结合运行工况及现有条件,设计一套自动闭环控制调节系统,使其尾气SO2气体浓度安全环保达标排放的同时最大限度的节约资源,降低生产运行成本,为企业创造一定的经济效益。
According to national standard of environmental protection Emission Standard of Pollutants for Sulfuric Acid Industry (GB 26132-2010), the emission standard of SO2 exhausted by sulfuric acid plant was increased to 400 mg/Nm3 from 860 mg/Nm3 as of Oct 2013. In the connection, some company uses the impinging stream gas-liquid reactor as the sulfuric acid tail gas absorption device and realizes up-to-standard SO2 exhaust gas emission by controlling the absorbing capacity. In light of the operation condition and existing resources, a set of automatic closed-loop control system is designed to save energies and cut production and operation cost at the best extent besides safe and standard emission of SO2 gas concentration so as to bring the company more economic benefits.
