摘要
文章运用国标法、分光法和微波法同时测定国家标准样品和不同类型水样中的化学需氧量。结果表明,微波法适用于分析受污染较轻的废水,分光法虽然操作简便但有较大的局限性,受水样的影响大。在进行受污染较轻的废水分析时微波法可以作为国标法的替代方法。
The paper applies the standard method, spectrophotometric method and microwave method to determine chemical oxygen demand in national standard samples and different types of water samples in the same time. The results show that microwave method applies to analyze the contaminated lighter wastewater and spectrophotometric method with great influence of water samples is a simple operational but largely limited method. The microwave method may be used as an alternative method of standard method in analyzing the contaminated lighter wastewater.
