摘要
建立了离子色谱-抑制型电导检测方法同时测定土壤中F-、Cl-和NO3-,实验表明,不同的浸提条件对土壤有不同的浸提效果,先振荡后超声对土壤浸提的效果最好。通过优化不同实验条件,得出在最优条件下3种阴离子的加标回收率为96.5%~103%,精密度为1.2%~3.3%,结果表明,该方法适用于土壤样品中3种阴离子的定性、定量分析。
A novel method was developed for the simultaneous determination of F', Cl-and NO3- in soil by ion chromatography with a suppressed conductivity detector. It is shown in experiments that different extraction conditions have different effects; the best effect was oscillation ultrasound for soil. Under the optimum condition, the recoveries of three anions were 96.5 %-103 % and the precisions of three anions were 1.2 %-3.3 %. The method has been applied to the determination of three anions in soil with satisfactory results.
