摘要
金沙江中游梯级水电站集控中心规划研究提出了全流域"统一调度、统一运行"的管理思路和流域梯级集控中心的总体建设构想。参考国内其他流域水电企业集控管理模式,结合金沙江中游特点,规划阶段提出流域集控系统结构由集控自动化系统、水调及水情测报系统、通信系统三部分组成,围绕这三个系统,阐述了云南金沙江中游水电开发有限公司开展流域梯级水电站集控中心规划研究的主要成果。
The planning and research on centralized control center of cascade hydropower stations in the middle reaches of Jinsha River proposes the management idea of "unified control and operation" for whole watershed as well as the overall concept of centralized control center construction. In refer to the centralized management mode of other domestic hydropower enterprises and combining with the features of watershed, the watershed centralized control system is structured with three components in planning phase, including integrated automatic control system, water dispatching and hydrological forecast system and communication system. The major achievements of planning and research on centralized control center of watershed cascade hydropower stations conducted by Yunnan Jinsha River Hydropower Co., Ltd. are elaborated herein.
