摘要
针对梨园水电站土石方调配的特点,分析调配过程中的各约束条件,建立了土石方调配的线性规划模型,利用模型对梨园水电站可研阶段进行了土石方调配优化计算。该方法提高了设计效率和土石方调度的科学性。在项目实施阶段,根据现场施工进度对土石方调配进行实时调整,减少了石料开采及弃渣的数量,节约了工程投资,充分体现了"节能、环保"的绿色水电理念。
In view of the features of earthwork allocation in Liyuan Hydropower Station, the constraints of earthwork allocation are analyzed and the linear programming model is finally established to optimize the earthwork allocation. The application of model improves design efficiency and precision. At the stage of project implementation, the amount of quarrying and waste slag are both decreased with the real-time adjustment of earthwork allocation according to construction progress, which contributes to the investment saving and the full reflection of green hydropower idea of "Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection".
