摘要
混凝土面板坝上游坡面的施工是控制坝体填筑进度、保证坝体质量的关键环节。梨园水电站面板堆石坝采用挤压边墙施工技术,简化了传统的垫层料超填、削坡、斜坡碾压、坡面防护等繁琐工序,优化了垫层料的施工工艺,加快了施工进度,保证了垫层料碾压质量,解决了汛期坡面防护问题,保证了坝前趾板区灌浆安全。
The concrete construction of upstream slope of CFRD is the key of controlling dam filling schedule and ensuring dam quality. The extrusion side wall construction technology is used in the construction of face rockfill dam of Liyuan Hydropower Station, in which, the traditional over-filling of cushion material, slope cutting, slope roller compaction and slope protection are simplified, and the construction technology of cushion material is optimized. These improvements speed up the construction progress, ensure roller compaction quality of cushion material, solve the problem of slope protection in flood season and guarantee the safe grouting in upstream dam toe slab zone.
