摘要
梨园水电站定子机座为钢板焊接结构,分8瓣出厂,定子在现场组焊、叠片和磁化试验。定子机座在安装间或机坑内组焊,叠片和磁化试验均在本机坑内完成。梨园水电站发电机定子采用一次定位安装,不作二次调整的施工工艺。实践证明,该技术能够保证叠装和安装质量,施工工艺可行。
The stator frames of generators in Liyuan Hydropower Station are welded steel plate structure with 8 sections, which will be welded, laminated and tested on construction site. The stator frame is mounted and welded together in installation room or foundation pit, and both the lamination and magnetization test are completed in pit. The stators in Liyuan Hydropower Station are installed by using the technology of one-time positioning method and no other adjustment. The actual installation has proved that this technology can ensure the qualities of frame weld and lamination, and the installation technology is feasible.
