摘要
运营中的连续梁桥、连续钢构桥预应力损失过大,导致桥梁过早破坏.基于弹性接触理论,指出弯曲孔道摩阻损失中接触应力应为中间大、两边小分布,与现行设计中接触应力分布规律不符.为了探讨弯曲孔道预应力摩阻损失中接触应力分布的真实规律,运用CT扫描技术对接触应力试验模型进行试验,得出接触面上实际应力的总体分布趋势.结果表明,预应力弯曲孔道摩阻损失设计计算中接触应力分布规律与实际分布规律不相符,造成现行弯曲孔道预应力摩阻损失设计值与实际损失值有一定偏差.
Excessive Prestressed loss in Prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge and continuous rigid frame bridge cause structures to be different types of diseases.Based on elastic contact theory,the theoretical distribution of contact stress in curving hole should be different to the prevailing distribution applied to design.In order to explore the real distribution of contact stress,using the CT scanning technique to test a model and to obtain the overall trend of actual distribution of contact surface stress.The test results show that the actual contact surface stress in curving hole is inconsistent with the design and create a certain deviation in the current curving hole friction loss design.
