摘要
吊装网络计划对于提高船台(船坞)生产能力非常重要,文中对此进行了研究.根据船台吊装问题的特点,采用有向图和AOE网络计划技术建立了吊装网络问题的模型;以最短吊装周期为目标,兼顾艉轴照光时间和多船建造均衡等特点,建立了吊装网络优化的改进遗传算法,开发计算软件,并进行实例计算.基于Catia/Delmia平台,开发了接口模块,对吊装网络优化计算结果进行仿真验证.结果显示,吊装网络的优化计算结果是稳定可靠的.
Network Schedule is important for improving the production capability of berth or dock.This paper presents some research for optimization and virtual simulation for network.According to the characteristics of the problem of ship assembly,the theory of directed graph and network technique of AOE(Activity on edge)are used to set up the model for solution of the assembly network problem.The algorithm was set up with a improved GA(genetic algorithm)algorithm,which is aimed to short the berth cycle and equipoise the resource utilization.The program for the algorithm was developed and applied to the optimization for network schedule of a shipbuilding case.An interface module was developed for the calculation result and the visual simulation platform Catia/Delmia.The simulation results show that the optimization result of this paper is correct and reliable.The study in this paper is a useful reference for the work of drawing up the network schedule of ship assembly.
