摘要
水润滑橡胶轴承在舰船推进装置领域应用广泛,但其摩擦噪声问题对舰船的正常使用造成影响.为掌握水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦噪声特性及产生规律,分析了摩擦噪声的时频特征,针对水润滑橡胶轴承工作特点与外部环境条件等因素对摩擦噪声的影响开展试验,研究了水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦噪声产生的规律.结果表明,水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦噪声出现时振动明显增大,且频谱呈现出振动主频及其谐频的成分;轴转速较低时,轴承更易产生强烈的摩擦噪声,且轴承载荷越大,出现摩擦噪声的转速越高,摩擦振动与噪声频率也越高;冷却水温度与轴承安装状态等因素对摩擦噪声亦有较大影响.
Water-lubricated rubber bearings(WLRB)have been widely used in ship propulsion system,but the friction-induced noise in WLRB affected the normal operation of the ships.To obtain the characteristics and the generating law of friction-induced noise in WLRB,the time-domain and frequencydomain features of friction-induced noise were analyzed.And experiments were carried out on account of the working conditions and the external environment conditions which influenced the friction-induced noise and the generating law of the friction-induced noise in WLRB.The research results show that the generation of friction-induced noise in WLRB usually accompanies the increase of vibration;the bearings with low shaft speed are more likely to generate friction-induced noise;the heavier the bearing loads are,the higher speeds at which the friction-induced noise in bearings occur and the frequencies of friction-induced vibration and noise are higher accordingly;the temperature of cooling water and the installation condition have an apparent influence on the friction-induced noise in WLRB.
