摘要
乳剂是一种在医药、食品、化妆品领域都有广泛应用的剂型,本综述总结了近5年来用于研究乳剂微观结构的62篇文献,涵盖的技术和方法主要有成像技术、X射线法、核磁共振法、傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱法、差示扫描量热法、表面张力测定法。同时举例说明各种方法的作用,为今后乳剂的深入研究提供必要的参考。
Emulsion is a formation which has been significantly applied in pharmacy,food and cosmetics etc. This review summarized 62 articles which studied the microstructure of emulsion over the past five years. The technology and methods used for research mainly include imaging technique,X- ray method,nuclear magnetic resonance,attenuated total reflection- Fourier transform infrared spectrometry,differential scanning calorimetry and surface tension measurement. which were illustrated by quoting typical examples,providing necessary reference for further studies of emulsion.
