摘要
本文针对我国人力资源开发迫切需要与国际接轨的现状,较全面地介绍了国际上流行的人才测评手段——评价中心的含义、内容、作用、有效性、历史渊源以及实施步骤,并详细分析了评价中心的优势与劣势,提出了应大力倡导与推广评价中心的观点。
In order to shorten the human resource development gapbetween home and abroad, the article describes the definition, contents,functions, validity, origination and procedures of assessment center. Basedon the detailed analysis of its advantages and disadvantages, the articlepoints out that assessment center should be advocated and applied inselecting senior managers.
