坦度螺酮联合奥氮平对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨坦度螺酮联合奥氮平对精神分裂症患者认知功能的改善作用。方法将精神分裂症患者随机分为奥氮平治疗组(37例)和坦度螺酮联合奥氮平治疗组(38例),在治疗前及治疗12周末应用标准化的精神分裂症认知功能成套测验(MCCB)评定认知功能,应用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效。结果治疗12周末两组间比较,坦度螺酮联合奥氮平组在连线、持续操作、数字序列、空间广度、迷宫分项目测验成绩上优于奥氮平组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);在PANSS总分、阳性症状分、阴性症状分及一般精神病理分上两组间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论坦度螺酮联合奥氮平治疗能有效改善精神分裂症患者的认知功能,但不能提高精神分裂症患者的疗效。
