“吉姆瑞”对经产母猪生殖保健及其作用机理的研究 被引量:5

摘要 为研究“吉姆瑞”系列产品对经产母猪繁殖性能的影响及其作用机理,选择4~5胎次、体型体况相近、以往生产记录基本一致的经产大白母猪60头,随机分成吉姆瑞组和对照组,每组30头。两组采用相同的基础饲粮,吉姆瑞组母猪配种期连续7d每天每头添加一剂“吉姆瑞2号”,妊娠期每天每头添加一剂“吉姆瑞3号”,泌乳期每天每头添加一剂“吉姆瑞4号”,跟踪测定两组母猪的繁殖性能及其血液激素和初乳成分的变化。结果表明,吉姆瑞组母猪在14 d内发情率和总受胎率比对照组分别提高9.43和9.31个百分点(P<0.05);吉姆瑞组母猪的后续繁殖性能也有不同程度的提高,尤其是21日龄窝重(泌乳力)和28日龄窝重分别比对照组提高17.59%和19.26%(P<0.05);吉姆瑞组哺乳仔猪的腹泻指数下降18.18%(P<0.05),皮毛发育状况评分提高5.44%(P>0.05)。试验母猪配种期饲喂“吉姆瑞”后的6~12 h血清雌激素水平明显提高、孕酮水平显著降低(P<0.05);泌乳母猪初乳中的乳脂和蛋白质含量分别提高57.47%和16.48%(P<0.05)。研究结果提示,“吉姆瑞”通过调理母猪机体的生殖内分泌机能,促进母猪的发情排卵与配种受胎,并通过提高初乳的营养及免疫作用,间接改善了哺乳仔猪的生长发育和健康状况。“吉姆瑞”的成分天然,对于绿色健康养殖具有重要意义。 The experiment was conducted to research the effects of "Jimurui" feed supplementation on reproductive performance of multiparous sows and the functional mechanism. 60 Large White sows (about 4~5 parity) were randomly divided into 2 groups equally. Two groups were fed the same basal diet. The Jimurui group was added "Jimurui 2" during the first week after weaning, and then "Jimurui 3" during the gestation,"Jimurui 4"during the lactation. The reproductive performances of the two groups were tracked to measure. The results showed as follows: The Jimurui group was higher 9.43 and 9.31 percent points than the control group in 14 d oestrus rate and conception rate (P〈0.05). The subsequent reproductive performances of the Jimurui group sows were increased in some extent. Compared with the control group, the Jimurui group was higher 17.59%and 19.26% in 21-day and 28-day litter weight. The piglets of Jimurui group was lower 18.18% in diarrhea index (P〈0.05) and higher 5.44% in skin scores (P〉0.05) than that of the control group, respectively. The results also showed that the serum estradiol level of the sows in 6~12 h after "Jimurui" treatment was increased, but the serum progesterone level was decreased (P〈0.05). The Jimurui group was higher 57.47% and 16.48% than the control group in colostrum fat and protein content (P〈0.05), respectively. These results implied that "Jimurui"have great effects on improving oestrus, mating and gestation, colostrum quality and lactescence of the sows, which related to functional mechanism of reproductive incretion. Moreover, "Jimurui" would be valuable in facilitating animal green production, as its main ingredients were natural.
