摘要
张力控制是棒线材连轧过程的关键技术,在无活套的粗中轧区域采用微张力轧制可以确保产品公差稳定。实现微张力轧制控制,需要能定性的判定连轧过程各道次之间张力大小或者变化趋势。为实现该目的,对棒线材连轧过程张力的计算模型进行研究,并通过PLC运算,将最佳张力计算模型运用到直条圆钢生产中,实现粗中轧微张力轧制的监控,提高产品精度。
Tension control is a key technology in the rod and wire rolling process. Adoption of micro tension rolling in the rough and intermediate rolling area without loop can ensure stable product tolerance. To control micro tension rolling,it is necessary to judge the tension value or variation tendency between different mills. To achieve this purpose,this paper studies the tension calculation model for continuous rod and wire rolling,and through PLC calculation,applies the optimal tension calculation model to the producing of straight round steel so as to realize monitoring of micro tension rolling at the rough and intermediate stages and to raise product precision.
