摘要
针对船舶电力推进系统产生的高频传导电磁干扰信号,通过推进变压器传至船舶干网,进而影响雷达、声呐等设备正常使用的情况,提出了在推进变压器阀侧加入抗干扰磁环抑制传导电磁干扰的方法。分析了磁环抑制高频噪声的机理,采用了一种新方法,对变压器加入磁环后的高频噪声抑制效果进行了测定。实验结果表明将磁环应用于推进变压器中,线路中的传导电磁干扰将明显降低。
Considering that the HF conducted EMI signal generated in the ship electric propulsion system is transmitted into the ship network through propulsion transformer,thus affecting normal operation of radar and sonar,this paper presents a scheme for adding an antiinterference magnet ring to the valve side of the propulsion transformer to suppress conducted EMC. The mechanism of suppression of high-frequency noise by magnet ring is analyzed,and the effect of high-frequency noise suppression by the magnet ring added to the transformer is tested. The experimental result shows that the conducted EMI of the line can be reduced obviously when the magnet ring is applied to the propulsion transformer.
