摘要 多级并联BUCK DC-DC直流电流源的电流精度高,稳定度好,支持功率等级大,是目前的主流首选设计方案。设计一种独立电压供电、输出并联的BUCK DC-DC直流电流源,采用移相交错驱动技术,支持输出直流电流260 A和输出电压150 V^170 V,输入功率45 k W,并进行了仿真分析和实验验证。结果表明,具有良好的稳态性能和动态性能,整体性能达到国际同类标杆产品的性能指标。 The multi-parallel BUCK DC-DC source is the preferred design,as it has a high current accuracy and good stability and is fit for high power. This paper designs an independent voltage power supply with parallel BUCK DC-DC current source output,which adopts phase shift interleaved driving technique to support 260 V DC current output and 150 V -170 V voltage output under input power of 45 k W.Furthermore,it makes simulation analysis and experimental verification. The results indicate that the design scheme has good static and dynamic performance,and its overall performance meets the performance indicators of similar benchmark products in the world.
