摘要
针对智能变电站不同于常规变电站检修机制的特点,阐述了IEC61850标准的检修品质属性和检修机制的概念,从工程实际出发,详细分析了保护装置与合并单元、智能终端之间的检修机制,并且对智能变电站中的典型间隔如:线路或母联间隔、主变压器间隔、公用设备、线路联调过程中的检修机制进行了设计与分析。
Considering the intelligent substation has a different maintenance mechanism from that of a conventional substation,this article explains the attributes of maintenance quality and the concept of maintenance mechanism in IEC61850,analyzes in detail the maintenance mechanism between the protection device and combined unit and intelligent terminal from engineering point of view,and designs and analyzes the maintenance mechanism for typical intervals including line / bus bar interval and main transformer intervals,shared devices and joint line debugging process.
