The Collection,Sorting,Exploration,and Utilization of Regional Culture

地域文化是指在特定的地域环境中,各民族共同创造和形成的文化,具有历史传承的悠久性、内容的多样性、创造主体的多元性、文化形态的独特性(差异性)等特征。收集整理和开发利用地域文化是地方志工作机构的基本任务。近年来,内蒙古地方志办公室在全力抓好三级志书和年鉴编纂的同时,在收集整理和开发利用地域文化资源方面做了积极探索。

Regional culture refers to the culture collectively created and formed by various ethnic groups in specific regional environment.It has many features such as long historical inheritance,diversity of contents,pluralism of main body of creation,and uniqueness(difference) of cultural forms.The collection,sorting,exploration,and utilization of regional culture are the basic tasks of local records institutions.In recent years,Inner Mongolia Local Records Office,while sparing no effort in the three-tier local records and yearbooks compilation,made some active explorations in the collection,sorting,exploration,and utilization of regional cultural resources.
