几种原油生产防腐缓蚀剂的应用

金属腐蚀问题在石油生产过程中已日益严重,严重制约着经济发展。利用缓蚀剂技术来解决原油开采过程中的腐蚀问题已迫在眉睫。本文主要总结了缓蚀剂的作用机理及影响因素,介绍了几种原油生产过程中常见的缓蚀剂及缓蚀剂的测评方法,并对未来缓蚀剂的发展趋势做了展望。

Metal corrosion problems in the process of oil production has been increasingly serious. Seriously restricts the economic development. Use of corrosion inhibitor technology to solve the corrosion problem is imminent in the process of oil exploration. This paper summarizes the mechanism and influence factors of corrosion inhibitor. Introduces several kinds of common corrosion inhibitors in the process of crude oil production,and the evaluation methods of corrosion inhibitor. In the end,the development tendency of corrosion inhibitors were discussed.
