呼吸衰竭患者急救使用机械通气的方法与效果

Method and effect of emergency mechanical ventilation in patients of respiratory failure

目的研究分析就诊于内科急诊呼吸衰竭的患者,使用机械通气的方法治疗,其临床效果及相关预后等。方法笔者选取义煤集团总医院2011年4月—2012年6月间内科急诊收治的呼吸衰竭患者共168人,按病情等将其分为无创正压通气组(A组)102人和有创正压通气组(B组)66人。其中无创正压通气组的有16例患者(C组)因病情中途换为用有创正压通气治疗。观察并记录的临床效果。结果通过机械通气治疗的有效率分别为84.2%、75.1%、78.3%。结论对于内科急诊呼吸衰竭的患者来说,选取恰当的机械通气方法至关重要,这不仅能大大提高患者的生存率,还对患者生活质量的改善有一定帮助。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect and related prognosis of emergency medical treatment in patients with respiratory failure,mechanical ventilation method of treatment, We selected in our hospital between April 2011 June 2012 of respiratory failure patients admitted to the emergency medicine altogether 168 patients,will be divided by the disease, such as non- invasive positive pressure ventilation group （A） and 102 invasive positive pressure ventilation （group B） 66 patients. Methods Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in which the group of 16 patients （ group C） due to illness midway exchange for the use of invasive positive pressure ventilation. Results Clinical results and records. The results of treatment by mechanical ventilation rates were, respectively, 84. 2% ,75.1%, 78. 3%. Conclusion For patients with respiratory failure in emergency medicine, the selection of appropriate methods of mechanical ventilation is essential ,not only can greatly improve the survival rate of patients,but also to improve the quality of life of patients have some help.
