摘要 在世界经济进入后危机时代和中国经济处于"新常态"的历史背景下,党中央提出的"一带一路""互联互通"的战略构想,立足中国,影响周边,辐射世界。在当今的国际环境中,亚洲各国需要的不仅仅是贸易的联通,更重要的是形成一个全方位多领域相互融合的命运共同体,实现亚洲区域经济的共赢。"互联互通"的战略构想,目标明确,领域广阔,内容丰富,路径清晰,既利于己,又惠于人,尤其是在全球经济低迷,中国经济下行的新常态下,成为我们实施"一带一路"战略的核心机制。 Under the background that the world economy is in the post-crisis era and the Chinese economy enters a "new normal", the Party Central Committee put forward the "One Belt and One Road" and the "Connectivity" strategic conceptions, which aim to rely on domestic resources, and influence the neighboring countries as well as other parts of the world. In the international environment today, the Asian countries need trade connectivity, but more importantly, they need to form an all-direction and wide-range community of destiny through which they are integrated, so as to realize a win-win outcome in the Asian regional economic development. The "connectivity" strategic conception has a clear objective, rich content, and feasible pathway and covers a wide range of areas. It benefits both China and other nations, especially in the face of the new normal that the global economy is weak and the Chinese economy is on a downward trend, it has become the central mechanism for implementing the "One Belt and One Road" strategy.
