Memory Virtues and Realistic Route of Chinese Memory Ethicization

政治道德或记忆的德性,其核心思想就是记忆的伦理或记忆政治。它的产生与中国的传统思想方式及政治统治方式有关,它的效应实施也与碎片化的后现代社会有关。中国记忆的伦理化是通过三种方式实现的。第一,文学的暗示性。即文学作品借助其"文学化"的表现方式表达道德倾向性或价值观,它是文学介入历史、发挥社会影响的重要表现,是文学对于历史的"想象性记录"的一种策略。第二,政治的正确性。即统治者合法性的组成因素,也是后者实施统治的手段,更是统治者合法性追求的理想和愿望。第三,道德的排他性。即以道德为纲,把道德标准视为判断记忆正确与否的唯一标准或主要标准。

The core concept of political ethics or memory virtues is memory ethics or memory politics. Its emergence is related with Chinese traditional ideology and political governance, and its practice is also related with the fragmentization of post-modern society. Chinese memory ethicization has been achieved in three ways. First, literary implication, that is, literary works express moral tendency or values through its literary characteristics. It clearly shows that literature gets involved in history and exerts social influence, and it also a strategy for literature to imaginarily record history. Second, political correctness,that is, the legality of rulers and their practical governance, which are the ideality of desire pursued by the rulers. Third, moral exclusiveness, that is, morality is highly valued and moral standard is viewed as the only or main criterion to judge whether memory is correct.
