摘要
对朱顶红鳞茎进行解剖,发现鳞片和花芽的固有关系:成年朱顶红鳞茎每生长3层半鳞片产生1个总花芽,幼小鳞茎要生长4~6片鳞片才能产生花芽。朱顶红鳞茎母球直径与籽球直径存在回归关系,籽球直径(y)和母球直径(x)呈显著正相关,其回归方程为y=1.074×1.143x(r=0.113*);籽球直径和籽球所在鳞茎层数存在回归关系,籽球直径(y)和籽球鳞茎层数(x)呈显著正相关,其回归方程为y=1.919×1.056x(r=0.113*)
The corelation between the scale numbers of bulb and the formation of flower bud in the bulb were found after bulbs anatomied. Mature bulb could produce a flower bud once 3.5 layer scales formed, however bulblet couldn't produce flower bud until 4-6 layer scales developed. There was the regression relation between bulb and bulblet. There was significant positive correlation between diameter of bulblet(y)and diameter of bulb(x). The regression equations was : y=1.074×1.143x(r=0.113*). There was significant positive correlation between diameter of bulblet(y)and scale numbers of bulb where bulblet growing(x).The regression equations was : y=1.919×1.056x(r=0.113*)
