摘要
以不同发育时期的滇北球花报春为材料,结合外部形态观察,以茎尖为材料,采用石蜡切片的方法对其花芽分化过程进行观察。结果表明:滇北球花报春的花芽分化始于5月底,经过花芽未分化期、花芽分化初期、花序原基和小花原基分化期、花器官分化期、花序形成期5个时期。滇北球花报春植株的外部形态变化与其花芽分化紧密结合,其中心叶片的莲座化程度与其花芽分化进程紧密相关。
Anatomic and morphological observations were made in the different phase of terminal bud of Primula denticulata subsp. sinodenticulata during flower bud differentiation with the paraffin sections. The results indicated that flower bud differentiation began at the end of May. The process of flower bud differentiation could be divided into five phases, i. e, undifferentiation phase, initial differentiation phase, inflorescence and small floral primordium differentiation phase, flower organ differentiation phase and the whole inflorescence formation. The change of plant outside performance of Primula denticulatasubsp. sinodenticulata closely associated with the flower bud differentiation. The rosette degree of center leaves closely related to the process of the flower bud differentiation.
